Our Notley Abbey Country House used to be Laurence Olivier and Vivien Leigh's home, and as you might imagine, is a suitably romantic location for your civil wedding ceremony or an extra special Wedding reception. The building is Grade I listed, and a Scheduled Ancient Monument which dates back to the 12th Century. However, you can rest assured that it has been tastefully updated and decorated to make it the very finest example of 21st Century luxury.
Capable of seating up to 192 guests for the wedding banquet, and with nine luxurious bedrooms for your wedding party to stay in, Notley Abbey really is a dream venue.
