Bijou Wedding Venues proudly present Notley Abbey, a 12th Century Abbey building located neat Thame in Oxfordshire.
Situated between Thame and Aylesbury, on the banks of the gently flowing river Thame itself this is a wedding location with no end of photo spots. Should the weather prove inclement, there are three spacious reception rooms with wonderful wooden beams which provide the perfect alternative.
What is more, as with all of our country house wedding venues, Notley Abbey is hired to you on exclusive use terms - giving you and you guests sole use of the ground & building throughout your wedding day.
The 13th Century Stone Barn, which was originally the monks refectory, can seat 192 guests for your wedding banquet. There are also nine perfectly appointed bedrooms with stunning bathrooms for as accommodation for your wedding party.
